About Mr Bo Growing up watching his mother lovingly cook their traditional family recipes, Mr. Bo inherited her passion for food. Joining with the team from Spicy Fish, Mr. Bo is adding a modern twist to the flavours you know and love.

Mentored by Liam Yin Fam, the protégé of ‘Hong Kong God of Cookery, Mr. Bo has perfected the art of Chinese cuisine. Using local ingredients cooked in traditional styles, Mr. Bo’s dishes can be described in one word – “Fengya” – meaning exquisite taste, leisurely lifestyle and an unrestrained artistic spirit.
